Set the Scene: A Warm September Evening at Sandy Hook Beach, New Jersey

As the sun dipped low over Sandy Hook Bay, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, Erin and Ryan, along with their adorable mini-golden doodle Rusty, celebrated their love in a picturesque engagement session. The beach’s serene beauty and the couple’s radiant joy created the perfect setting for capturing their love story. Their smiles, laughter, and the way they looked at each other spoke volumes of their deep connection and joy. Rusty, their mini-golden doodle, was an integral part of the session, adding a playful energy to their photos. Erin’s mom, Barbara, was also present, helping with Rusty and contributing to the session with a family friend’s convertible, adding a touch of stylish flair to the photo shoot.

Their Love Story
Erin and Ryan’s journey began at Rutgers University, where they shared HR classes. Though they parted ways after graduation, fate had other plans. A chance reconnection at the Jersey Shore bars reignited the spark, leading them on an inseparable path ever since, including a memorable stint in Hoboken.

Their engagement story is as enchanting as their love. In the midst of their weekly ballroom dance lesson, Ryan took everyone by surprise – especially Erin – when he gracefully transitioned from a dance move to a marriage proposal. It was a perfect evening, filled with love, music, and a touch of unexpected magic.

Erin adores Ryan’s happiness, his easy-going nature, and his adventurous spirit. Ryan, in turn, loves Erin’s spunkiness, goofiness, and her exceptional skills as a dog mom. Together, they make a pair that complements each other perfectly. Their ideal date night? Ballroom dancing, followed by a meal at either La Mondina or Taka, and ending with cuddles with Rusty while watching ‘Vanderpump Rules.’ It’s a blend of elegance, comfort, and laughter – much like their relationship.
