I think it’s safe for everyone to assume that I’m ALL for bringing your fur baby to your sesh! Here are some tips and things to consider if you’re planning on bringing your pup to a session with me 🙂

1. Bring treats or a toy!

Having a squeaky toy, or any toy will help bring your pet’s attention to the camera for some shots. And of course, we can’t forget to reward their good behavior with some treats!

2. Bring a friend, family member, or pet sitter!

As we focus on capturing your love, having an extra set of hands dedicated to your pet can make all the difference. Rally a friend, family member, or even a trusted pet sitter to entertain your fur baby during moments when their attention isn’t needed. Uninterrupted romance shots? Yes, please!

3. Pre-Photoshoot Playtime!

If your fur baby is very energetic try taking them on a walk or playing with them before the session. Tiring them out beforehand ensures a calm and cooperative pet, ready to strike a pose when the time comes.

4. Leash Chic

A simple yet impactful detail—consider a neutral-colored leash. While vibrant patterns can be a visual feast, we want your pet’s charisma to be the star. A leash that blends seamlessly ensures their personality takes center stage.

5. Furry RSVP

Let me in on the secret! Inform me about your fur baby’s guest appearance ahead of time. This allows us to choose a location that not only complements your love story but is also pet-friendly. Your pet’s comfort is a priority as we curate moments that celebrate both your relationship and your four-legged friend.
