Set the Scene: A Romantic Spring Wedding at Skyview Golf Club

Skyview Golf Club in New Jersey is an elegant venue that offers breathtaking views and a sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for a memorable wedding day. Nestled among lush greens and rolling hills, the club provides a picturesque backdrop for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. The grand ballroom, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, allows natural light to pour in, creating a warm and inviting space for celebrations. This venue truly combines elegance with a touch of nature, making it a dream location for couples looking to tie the knot.
Having done their engagement session as well (check it out here!) it was wonderful to see their journey come full circle. They originally weren’t planning on doing a first look, but with an unexpected change in weather, they decided to switch gears. As the ceremony had to be moved indoors due to impending rain, they opted for a first look instead. We made it work, capturing some stunning outdoor photos just in time before the rain began. Luckily, it cleared up enough for us to head outside again for some beautiful “just married!” portraits during sunset.

Jordan and Cole’s wedding was a testament to the strength of their relationship and the love they share with their families. Their big families added to the warmth and excitement of the day, making it even more special. The ceremony, despite the last-minute changes, was intimate and heartfelt. The reception was a lively celebration filled with dancing, laughter, and joyous moments shared with family and friends.

Their Love Story

Jordan and Cole’s love story began in high school. They navigated the challenges of a long-distance relationship during college and were dating for close to six years before getting engaged. The proposal took place during a family vacation to St. Thomas. Jordan had no idea it was coming until the day of, when her family started acting funny and Cole couldn’t hold a conversation. His nervousness and excitement were telltale signs, making the proposal a memorable and sweet surprise.

Jordan shared her excitement about starting a new chapter with Cole and celebrating their love with their families and friends. For her, having everyone in one place was incredibly special. She looks forward to their future together, enjoying their favorite date nights of exploring new restaurants and then relaxing at home in comfy clothes, watching movies.
